泵配置：

1）该系列的转子泵动力配备是一台手动调速的机械底擦式无级减速机， 但是该减速机另外配备了一台齿轮减速器， 配备了齿轮减速器的调速机构具有更细微和准确的速度输出系统，并且具有更强大的输出扭矩， 基本上能够满足大多数物料的输送需要。该系列的设备提供有从30- 150rpm, 40-200rpm,50~300pm, 80-400rpm等多种输出转速的动力配置。

2）该系列的转子泵配备的是具有变频调速的动力系统， 通过变频器调节变频电机的工作频率来改变变频电机的输出转速， 从而达到无级调节转子泵的输出流出的效果。通过变频电机输出后再通过了一级齿轮减速的处理， 使整台设备对流出的调节能够更细微和更准确， 对于粘度比较大的物科和要求工作扭矩比较大的情况下， 我们可以灵活的通过调节减速器的输出速比来满足不同工矿的需要。

 

Pump configuration:

1)The power equipment of this series of rotor pump is a mechanical friction stepless reducer with manual speed regulation, but the reducer is also equipped with a gear reducer. The speed regulation mechanism equipped with

gear reducer has a more subtle and accurate speed output system and a stronger output torque, which can basically meet the transportation needs of most materials. This series of equipment provides power configurations with various output speeds from 30-150rpm, 40-200rpm, 50~300pm,80-400rpm and so on.

 

2)This series of rotor pumps are equipped with a power system with variable frequency speed regulation. The output speed of the variable frequency motor is changed by adjusting the working frequency of the variable frequency motor through the frequency converter, so as to achieve the effect of stepless regulation of the output flow of the rotor pump. After the output of the variable frequency motor, it passes the treatment of primary gear deceleration, so that the flow adjustment of the whole equipment can be more subtle and accurate. For materials with high viscosity and large required working torque, we can flexibly adjust the output speed ratio of the reducer to meet the needs of different industries and mines
